Becoming a Member
If you are looking for Democrats to meet and have conversations about our county, state, and country policies and practices for the betterment of all people, then you would find friends at the Democratic Women's Club of Highlands County.
We meet the fourth Saturday of each month at 10:00 AM at Democrat Headquarters. There is always a knowledgeable and informative speaker who can answer questions on various concerns of Democrats. Come at 9:30 and enjoy refreshments and socialize with like-minded persons.
With an election coming in 2024 that could change many of our rights, it is important to get information that can determine how we want to see our country continue to enjoy our freedoms that our constitution has guaranteed.
Democratic Women's Club of Highlands County welcomes all races, religions, ethnicities and genders. I am looking forward to seeing you at the next

Opportunities
Participate in legislative advocacy and attend lobbying opportunities in state capital as well as attend Annual Conventions.
Work with your local club members to support your community and participate in political discussion forums.
Volunteer and contribute in many ways, using and honing your skills and aptitudes.
Participate in training about political issues and advocacy; local and state speakers, educational teleconferences and workshops.
Advocate for causes in which you believe, help elect qualified Democratic candidates, and participate in D.W.C. Tally Days.
Receive Democratic Women’s Club email updates and newsletters.
